Absolutely amazing, will definitely be staying there every time we find ourselves in that area. The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The apartments are kept in very nice conditions, and the outside area were great as well!

Hidden Gem! Quiet and peaceful Beautiful pool & jacuzzi area. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and are already thinking about coming back. Rooms have full size refrigerators, kitchenettes with oven, microwave toaster, coffee There is a market about a mile away with delivery service. Beach is a 7 minute taxi ride and costs 300 pesos($6US). Costambar is a private gated community so safety is no concern. The hotel also has private security 5 minute walk to Los Mangos golf course and country club. This is the perfect place to make your vacation whatever you want it to be!!!

Modern and well-equipped apartment with bedroom bathroom and kitchen zone. Great swimming pool. The staff is superb: the owner and the employees have looked after us for any need. There is also a golf cart which takes you to the beach

The location is somewhat outside Puerto Plata, however, a taxi will take you there with no problem. Uber ride from central Puerto Plate is between £2 to £3. Uber drivers will take you to the apart-hotel during the day. The owner of the apart-hotel is a very pleasant guy. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apart-hotel, and is very nice and not crowded (we were the only people there at the end of May/beginning of June). The water is clean, the beach is nice and the sand is silky.
